This book explores how African entrepreneurs harness digital platforms and indigenous knowledge to leapfrog traditional development stages and build globally competitive ventures. It introduces five leapfrog logics—mobile-first markets, fintech for the unbanked, AI-enabled agriculture, circular-economy manufacturing, and diaspora-powered scaling—supported by case studies, policy briefs, and simulation exercises. Each chapter aligns with SDGs 8 and 9, offering actionable insights for students, policymakers, and investors. Designed for executive learners and educators, the book provides analytical frameworks and toolkits to convert Africa’s digital momentum into inclusive, sustainable prosperity. As part of the Ethnic and Indigenous Business Studies series, it adds a technology-driven, Africa-centric perspective to global entrepreneurship discourse.
