This book constitutes the revised selected papers of the 4th International Conference on Information Systems and Design, ICID 2025. The conference opened at Inha University in Incheon, South Korea, on April 21, 2025, continued in a hybrid format at Stanford University, USA, on May 6, 2025, and concluded with an online session on May 8, 2025

The 39 papers included in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected following a multi-stage review process based on 96 submitted abstracts and 59 invited presentations. The contributions address current research and practice at the intersection of information systems, design, and emerging digital technologies, including artificial intelligence in education, human-AI interaction, sustainability, digital ecosystems, large language models, machine learning applications, digital transformation, and cross-cultural aspects of AI.

The papers are organized into the following topical sections: Practice-Oriented and Applied Research; Theoretical, Conceptual, and Methodological Research; and Emerging Scholars and Exploratory Research.
