Dr. Nishtha Kesswani received the M.Tech. degree from the Malaviya National Institute of Technology and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Rajasthan. From 2014 to 2015, she was a post-doctoral researcher with California State University at San Bernardino, USA. She has a vivid teaching experience at several reputed universities, including California State University at San Bernardino and the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. She has visited more than 15 countries and delivered invited talks at several conferences and workshops. She is currently with the Central University of Rajasthan, India. Her current research interests include wireless networks and Internet of Things. She has received prestigious awards, including the UGC Raman Postdoctoral Fellowship tenable in USA and the Young Teacher Award. She has edited a number of journals special issues as a guest editor. She is on the reviewer board of several reputed journals, including the IEEE IoT, the IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing, and Applied Soft Computing (Elsevier).
Dr. Liqaa Nawaf is a senior lecturer at the School of Technologies and program director for M.Sc. Advanced Computer Security at Cardiff Metropolitan University. She holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Distributed and Scientific Computing from Cardiff University. Dr. Nawaf has successfully secured funding from the British Council, Strategic Insight Program (HEFW), and Global Academies Research and Innovation Development Fund, focusing on cybersecurity awareness and advanced computational techniques. Her research interests include wireless mesh networks, AI mathematical models, human factors in cybersecurity, optimization, and algorithms. Dr. Nawaf has authored award-winning papers, including Best Paper at CCWC 2017 IEEE and High-Performance Computing and Communications IEEE 2018. A member of IEEE, she has served as an organizing chair for ICCS 2022, 2023, and 2024 and as an editor for AI Applications in Cybersecurity and Communication Networks.
Dr. Sabeen Tahir is a senior lecturer at Cardiff Metropolitan University with over 17 years of teaching and research experience across leading academic institutions in the UK, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and Pakistan. Her expertise spans Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT), and Communication Networks. Dr. Sabeen has an extensive publication record in high-impact journals such as IEEE, Springer, and Elsevier and has presented at numerous international conferences. She serves as a program committee (PC) member for ICCS 2024—AI Applications in Cybersecurity and Communication Networks—and contributed as a reviewer for the conference’s 2023 proceedings. Dr. Tahir has successfully secured competitive research funding for the British Council project focused on AI, Big Data, and cybersecurity frameworks. She is an active journal reviewer and technical committee member for international conferences, contributing to advancing research excellence.
