Dr. Rejoice Dorcas Madaki is the CEO and Managing Director of R-Jay Construction and Interior Design Limited, a construction manager, industrial designer, certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and technology strategist with over a decade of experience in construction, project management, sustainability, and the built environment. She holds a Master’s degree with Distinction in Project Management Technology and is pursuing a PhD at the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), Nigeria. Her research focuses on sustainable construction, circular economy, project governance, Building Information Modelling (BIM), and the application of innovative local materials. She has authored and co-authored books and scholarly publications and is committed to advancing resilient, technology-enabled, and sustainable infrastructure. 

Professor Ayodeji Emmanuel Oke is Professor of Sustainable and Digital Built Environment in the Department of Quantity Surveying at FUTA, Nigeria. He is the founder and team lead of the Research Group on Sustainable Infrastructure Management Plus (RG-SIM+). His research interests include sustainable development, digital infrastructure, and construction innovation. A recipient of several academic awards, including FUTA’s Best Researcher Awards (2023 and 2025), he has published over 500 scholarly works, including 14 authored and 4 edited books, and has been listed among Stanford University’s World’s Top 2% Scientists since 2023. 

Dr. John Ogbeleakhu Aliu is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Engineering Education Transformations Institute, University of Georgia, USA. His research focuses on engineering education, graduate employability, and smart, sustainable construction. He earned his PhD from the University of Johannesburg under the Global Excellence Stature Scholarship and received the 2026 ASEE Southeastern Section New Faculty Researcher Award. He also serves as an Associate Editor of the ASCE Journal of Civil Engineering Education. 

Professor Kong Fah Tee is an Associate Professor at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). His research spans structural health monitoring, infrastructure reliability, artificial intelligence applications, and advanced construction materials. He has authored four books and more than 300 peer-reviewed publications, attracting over 5,700 citations. Recognised among Stanford University’s World’s Top 2% Scientists for six consecutive years (2020–2025), he has secured significant research funding, supervised numerous postgraduate researchers, and received several international research honours.
