Dr. Myungjung “MJ” Kwon is Professor of Public Administration and Policy at California State University, Fullerton. An internationally recognized scholar of public management and organizational innovation, his research focuses on technology policy, digital innovation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, human resource management, and strategic management. His work explores how governments and organizations can successfully adapt to technological, environmental, and societal change. Dr. Kwon has published extensively in leading journals, including Government Information Quarterly, Digital Government: Research and Practice, Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration Review, and Review of Public Personnel Administration. In addition to his academic work, he collaborates with government agencies on digital transformation, smart work, sustainability initiatives, and the responsible adoption of AI to improve public services, organizational performance, and public-sector innovation.
