Dr. Moutushi Singh received her B.E. (Hons.) in Information Technology from the University of Burdwan and her M.Tech from the Institute of Radio Physics and Electronics, University of Calcutta. She earned her Ph.D. (Engg.) in Network Security from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. She is currently a professor and head of the department of Computer Science & Engineering and Information Technology at the Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM), Kolkata. Before joining IEM, she served at the University Institute of Technology, University of Burdwan. She has been recognized with several awards and certificates for outstanding performance in national and international upskilling and development programs. Dr. Singh has authored several research papers in reputed journals, conferences, and book chapters, and has edited the Springer book “The Essence of Network Security: An End-to-end Panorama.”

Dr. Baisakhi Das is a professor and Program In-Charge in the Department of Information Technology at the Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM), Kolkata, India. She earned her Ph.D. (Engineering) and M.Tech. degrees from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, and completed her B.Tech. from the West Bengal University of Technology. With over 18 years of academic experience, Dr. Das is a dedicated educator and researcher. Her primary research interests include Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and Cellular Automata. She has published widely in reputed international journals, conferences, and edited book chapters. Dr. Das has significantly contributed to the academic community as a Technical Program Committee member for several international conferences and as a reviewer/editorial board member for various international journals.

Dr. Sanchita Ghosh is currently a professor of Department of Information Technology, Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata, India. She has got around 22 years of work experience in industry and academia. She has completed her Ph.D. in Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. Her research interest includes Artificial Intelligence, Data analytics, Wireless and sensor technology, Mobile computing and biomedical applications. She has got many international journal and conference publications, book and book chapters to her credit. She has been a Technical Program Committee member of different International Conferences and editorial/review board member of International Journals. She has been the convener or organizing chair and also part of the organizing committee of different International Conferences. She is also a member of IEEE, ACM, IET etc.

Dr. João Manuel R. S. Tavares graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Porto in 1992 and earned his M.Sc. (1995) and Ph.D. (2001) in Electrical and Computer Engineering, followed by his Habilitation in Mechanical Engineering in 2015. He worked as a researcher at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering from 1995 to 2000 and has been a senior researcher and project coordinator at the Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management since 2001. At FEUP’s Department of Mechanical Engineering, he served as an assistant professor (2001–2011), an associate professor (2011–2021), and has been a full professor since 2021. Dr. Tavares has supervised numerous postgraduate theses and has co-authored over 650 publications. He has co-edited more than 55 international books and guest-edited several journal special issues.
