Since 2019, he has been a lecturer at the Police University of Applied Sciences in the Department of Leadership. He is the author of three books on leadership and police psychology and has contributed to journals such as the European Police Science & Research Bulletin.
Mareen Lakner is a senior police inspector and business economist, having studied at the University of Police Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Swabia in Augsburg, Germany. She brings several years of professional experience in project management within internationally operating companies. Through her broad background, she combines police expertise with business know how.
Wolfgang Jaeger is a certified coach, mediator, leadership trainer, and seminar instructor. He has many years of personal leadership experience as well as teaching experience in the field of leadership studies
