Dr. Yuichiro Koizumi received his Ph.D. from Osaka University. He is currently a Professor at the Division of Materials and Manufacturing Science, Osaka University. His research interests include additive manufacturing, phase-field method, solidification, phase transformation, and plasticity. Dr. Koizumi has published extensively in internationally renowned journals and has contributed significantly to the advancement of materials science.
Dr. Takayoshi Nakano received his Ph.D. from Osaka University. He is currently a Distinguished Professor at the Division of Materials and Manufacturing Science,Graduate School of Engineering, Osaka University. His research interests includebiomaterials and structural materials design. Dr. Nakano has published extensivelyin internationally renowned journals and has received numerous awards for his contributions to materials science.
Dr. Yoshitaka Adachi received his Doctor of Engineering degree from Nagoya University in July 1996. He is currently a Professor in the Graduate School of Engineering at Nagoya University, where he leads the Materials Design InnovationEngineering division. His research interests encompass materials informatics, 3D/4D characterization techniques, and the development of advanced steels. He has received multiple awards, including the Academic Achievement Award from theIron and Steel Institute of Japan in December 2024.
Dr. Kohei Morishita received his Ph.D. from Kyoto University. He is currently an Associate Professor at Kyushu University. His research focuses on the dynamics of melting and solidification, as well as their interrelation in metals and semiconductors.
