Computers / Artificial Intelligence / General

This book continues the critical exploration of Artificial Intelligence’s expanding influence across disciplines, focusing on the legal, ethical, and societal implications of AI-generated content. As a follow-up to Volume 1’s foundational analysis of copyright challenges, Volume 2 broadens the scope to examine how AI is reshaping judicial systems, press freedom, data protection, sustainability, education, and public safety.

Through comparative studies and policy analyses, this volume highlights the urgent need for adaptive legal frameworks. It investigates how AI intersects with privacy, competition law, carbon management, and even doping detection in sports, offering fresh insights into the complexities of human-AI collaboration.

With a forward-thinking approach to regulation and intellectual property, this book is an essential resource for policymakers, legal scholars, technologists, and anyone interested in the evolving relationship between AI and society. Volume 2 not only deepens the conversation, it helps shape the future of global legal standards in the age of intelligent machines.
