Dr. R C Gupta is a senior ophthalmologist, academician, and medical administrator with over 28 years of teaching experience. He holds an MBBS and MS in Ophthalmology from MLN Medical College, Allahabad, India, where he also completed his senior residency. He received fellowship training in oculoplastic surgery from Dr. R.P. Centre, AIIMS, New Delhi, India has served in leadership roles including Principal, LLRM Medical College; Dean, Faculty of Medicine, CCS University; and Director General, Medical Education, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has supervised more than 60 postgraduate theses and authored around 70 research publications. A respected speaker and examiner, he has presented at numerous national and international conferences. His contributions have been recognized with over 20 awards and honors. He is also trained in medical education, research methodology, and healthcare administration by reputed national institutes.

Dr Prem Prakash Mishra is an Associate Professor in the Department of Microbiology at LLRM Medical College with over 16 years of teaching and research experience. He holds a Doctorate degree in Medical Microbiology and completed his postgraduate training at the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences, Gangtok. He is certified in BCBR and BCMeT, and has authored 27 research publications, contributed to academic books, and serves as a reviewer for several national and international journals.
