The volume explores India’s balancing of maritime ambitions and continental security concerns, alongside Japan’s connectivity initiatives, Australia’s growing regional role, and Vietnam’s engagement through Quad Plus initiatives. It also examines cross-strait dynamics, China’s responses to the Quad, and the strategic and cultural perspectives shaping Beijing’s approach to regional order.
