Anupam Das Talukdar

Prof. Anupam Das Talukdar, M.Sc., Ph.D. is a Professor in the Department of Life Science and Bioinformatics at Assam University, Silchar, Assam, India. He has more than 22 years of teaching and research experience in phytochemistry, structure-based drug design, computer-aided drug discovery, and natural product research. He also serves as Director of the Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Centre at Assam University, which is sponsored by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India.

In his current research area, he has successfully completed eight research projects as Principal Investigator, funded by various national funding agencies in India. Prof. Talukdar has supervised 14 Ph.D. scholars and six M.Phil. scholars. He has made significant contributions to academia, with numerous research articles, book chapters, and books to his credit.

Sandeep Das

Professor, Department of Biotechnology, Bodoland University, India

Prof. Sandeep Das, M.Sc., Ph.D. has more than 22 years of teaching and research experience and is widely recognized as a social entrepreneur. He graduated with top honors in Zoology from Assam University, Silchar, and subsequently earned both his M.Sc. in Zoology and Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Gauhati University. He currently serves as Director of the Technology Incubation Centre at Bodoland University, which is sponsored by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. He has successfully completed 15 major research projects and two minor research projects funded by reputed agencies. Prof. Das has supervised seven Ph.D. scholars and one M.Phil. scholar. He has successfully incubated 232 rural entrepreneurs and is recognized for introducing a sustainable circular economy model in rural ecosystems. He is a recipient of the Bodoland Green Award and has served as an Honorary Advisor to the Bodoland Mushroom Mission. He has also been a Permanent Invitee to the Department of Industries and Commerce, Kokrajhar, Government of Assam. Prof. Das has published 75 scholarly works, including research articles, books, and book chapters, and holds two patents.

Prof. Jayanta Kumar Patra, M.Sc., Ph.D., PDF is currently an Associate Professor at Dongguk University, Republic of Korea.
