It goes beyond traditional project management practices and tools, positioning project management as an essential mindset that integrates mission-driven purpose, operational efficiency, and cultural sensitivity, ensuring museums remain resilient and relevant in an ever-evolving world.
Designed for museum professionals, Project Management for Museums is a practical and reflective guide that helps readers not only learn the foundational principles of project management, but also helps align their projects with institutional goals, foster collaboration across diverse teams, and advocate for inclusive practices in spaces historically designed to exclude.
