Michael J. Worth is Professor of Nonprofit Management in the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration at the George Washington University. He previously served as Vice President for Development and Alumni Affairs at the George Washington University, Director of Development at the University of Maryland, Director of Development at DeSales University, and Assistant to the President at Wilkes University. He is Principal of Michael J. Worth & Associates, LLC., offering fundraising, governance, and management consulting in higher education and the nonprofit sector. He holds a B.A. from Wilkes University, an M.A. in economics from American University, and a Ph.D. in higher education from the University of Maryland.

Matthew T. Lambert is Senior Vice President for University Advancement at William & Mary and CEO of the William & Mary Foundation. He oversees all efforts related to alumni engagement, private fundraising and philanthropic outreach, university marketing and communications, career development and professional engagement, and investment management. Prior to returning to William & Mary in 2013, he served in a variety of senior advancement roles over 11 years at Georgetown University. A graduate of William & Mary with a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology, he earned a master's degree from The Ohio State University, and a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania.
